Return and Warranty Policies
We know you will love your Coolerator, but if for any reason you want to return the product that you have purchased or have been gifted from Coolerator for a refund, please notify us at email@example.com within 30 days following the date of shipment. To initiate a return, we ask that you inform us of your decision within the specified cancellation period by contacting Coolerator support and stating your request and reason for the return. If your return was a gift, you will need to contact the original purchaser for the refund as the return credit will be posted to the original credit card.
To receive a full refund, we ask that you obtain approval from customer support who will then provide you with a shipping label. The items will need to be received in new condition within 10 days from the date of approval. Please understand that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to Coolerator headquarters. We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email as well as send you a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to the purchaser’s credit card.
Extended Christmas Return Policy: We are extending our return allowance to 45 days from the date the Coolerator was shipped. This extended policy will be available for Coolerators purchased between 11/15 – 12/25.
We make it a priority to ensure that your Coolerator is functioning properly, therefore we warranty all Coolerator products and parts for one year from the date of purchase. Customers will not be charged for parts that are replaced due to malfunction. In some rare cases, we will ask that the customer cover all or part of the replacement cost only if we feel that the Coolerator has been used in a manner considered to be destructive to the device.
If you are having problems with any component of your Coolerator, please contact us using this form to begin a warranty claim. We ask that you provide the name of the original purchaser and give us a briefing on the issues you are having. A Coolerator Support team member will contact you by phone or email to complete the resolution.
